"After not having ridden a motorcycle in over 15 years, last year, I had the urge to buy one. But not just any one - I knew I wanted a Triumph. Since I live over 100 miles away, I did everything by fax and by phone, and the first time I ever laid eyes on my new bike was when I went to pick it up! Since then, I've learned quite a bit, and I've even had a few ordeals. But, I love my Triumph Speedmaster, and it was a pleasure doing business with all the folks at Ed's Service. They were very helpful, and very patient with me. My bike gets looks and compliments everywhere I go, also. "Stacy's just a peach to work with. I was so happy to see a female salesperson working there. She's patient, helpful and VERY knowledgeable. Even though there was much to learn I was NOT treated like an idiot. She took the time to explain things to me. Every time I've called with a question I was treated like I'm their ONLY custumer whether it was Joan, Mike , or Ed, and I know how busy they are sometimes.
